Quantum Container Exercise with the 4 main categories of Human Life Experience

Building a new Life From unconscious to conscious and self-actualizing

This is really helpful quantum exercise that I learned from my mentor years ago. We call this building the container for the vision of your life, or how to create your ideal as real. When we write physically with our hands and pen to paper, we ground in  or anchor our intention into the physical reality. This assists each of us to bring our dreams out of the ethereal or thought realms and into the physical world. This is why writing your own affirmations or creating a vision board to gaze upon is SO powerful because we are very visual beings.

What we are doing with this exercise is organizing or categorizing our life into the four main categories of the human experience. This brings a laser focus to your life in order to bring awareness to what is and is not working, or what you feel reddy to change. 

The 4 categories are health, your wealth or abundance, your relationships, and then your career or vocation. So health, wealth, career relationships, those four categories can be very helpful. So we get more of a complete picture of our life experience of our reality.

Take a piece of paper and fold it in half, then in half again so you create 4 separate quadrants. Or, divide your paper into 4 columns by drawing 3 vertical lines to separate the paper into 4 equal columns. At the top of each section write one of the following 4 categories

Health

Wealth

Career

Relationships

Under each category write down what you want to create, what you want to change, and what you are ready to release or let go of at this time.

This is a very powerful exercise to focus your energy and conscious awareness onto what you are envisioning for your highest level, happiest, healthiest, highest integrity, respectful, most abundant and free life.

You can also pay extra attention to record or write down recurring patterns that you want to eradicate and counterbalance with more self awareness, self love and respect.

Have this paper on your fridge or wherever you will see it often to bring these into your awareness. To re-write habits takes 45 to 60 days of daily awareness. Be patient, have fun and be consistent. You will see results from setting your intentions. It is ideal to do this exercise every 30 days to continue to go more deeply into what you would like to add or remove from your life, always aiming higher. The sky is the limit! The only limits are the ones we place upon ourselves. Have so much fun with this empowering exercise!
